Sailing school on First 27 Seascape

If you live in Split or nearby and you want to learn to sail during the weekends, read ahead, this is for you.

January is coming to an end and spring with the beginning of touristic season is around the corner. Our standard ISPA sailing courses start in April, together with the direct flights to Split from many European and international cities.

Our beginner level, the ISPA Competent Crew course, lasts 5 days in a row. Students have to clear a whole week in their busy schedule to be able to dedicate this time to sailing. We have been running this program for many years and it is perfectly fitted for people who see sailing education as an active way to use their vacation. Indeed, a learn to sail holiday in Split and around central dalmatian islands is quite attractive when you travel from abroad or other cities in Croatia.

I live in Split and would like to learn to sail on my free time.

But when you live and work in Split region, we understand it is harder to make it your first choice for your holidays. You look at the sea and the boats everyday and you just whish you could sail away on your free time.

Amongst locals who want to sail but have a hard time fitting it in their schedule, there are also the numerous people working in tourism industry who are not able to take a whole week off from April to October.

So we decided to respond to the many remarks from locals, expats and digital nomads with an appropriate scheduling to give all a chance to begin their sailing life!

In March this year, it will be possible to attend the Competent Crew course on two weekends.

Dates :

  • Weekend 1 ► 14.03.-16.03.2025
