Ever since the very beginning, Ultra has traditionally attended Biograd boat show and exhibited our boats there, as it is the biggest Croatian and Middleeuropean boatshow held at sea.
Boat show is perfectly timed! One season-ending, so we start sharing experiences, while on the other hand we listen to new plans and novelties for the upcoming charter season. This is extremely important for Croatia, which is a leading charter destination in the world.
During the first Covid year, last year, this boat show was one of the rare ones which was even held. Drawing from last year’s experience, this year the organizers outdid themselves. At the very entrance, everyone was checked thoroughly for Covid passports or if you did not have one, you were able to take a test in the near vicinity. Results and required validation were done in about 10 minutes.
In addition to exhibiting boats and everything navigation related , there were two charter related events: Croatia Charter Expo which connects charter operators and agents, and Biograd B2B for business meetings of any kind. In that sense Ultra took the opportunity to meet with our business partners and agents to review season 2021, and see what is new for 2022.
Ultra as a Beneteau dealer with a Croatian premiere
At the standard spot G23, right off the entrance, Ultra exhibited the latest models from the Beneteau shipyard. Exhibited sailboats are available for charter from our bases in Pomer, Split and Dubrovnik, or for charter management for season 2022/2023.
Our sales team had a lot of inquiries about the newest Beneteau model, Oceanis 40.1, which was exhibited here as a Croatian premiere.
This 40-foot cruiser proved to be a hit even in the 2021 season. Cockpit is really spacious, much more so than its predecessor’s Oceanis 41.1, and other similar models. The New Beneteau model was wisely designed to have a clear border between comfort and active zones. Oceanis 40.1 is available for charter from our bases in Pomer, Split, and Dubrovnik, in 3 or 4 cabin layouts.
New Oceanis 46.1 also gained a lot of attention, with its 4 cabin layout (2 double, 1 owner, and 1 cabin with bunk beds). The deck is arranged in a way that makes this sailboat safe and simple to navigate. This model is in our fleets in Pomer and Split, with different layouts.
The Smallest Beneteau model in Biograd this year was our Oceanis 30.1. Ideal for couples or smaller families. With a double wheel, mast repositioned toward the stern, and optimized deck for safer and easier sailing, 30.1’s hull shows excellent performance and offers unbelievable stability during navigation.

Ultra as a Fountaine Pajot dealers – catamarans
Like with sailboats, Ultra had a Croatia premiere when it came to catamarans too. We introduced the latest model from the Fountaine Pajot shipyard – Isla 40 owner maestro version, with the biggest owner cabin in its class.
New Isla 40 is the smallest model from French Fountaine Pajot shipyard, but don’t be fooled, because our „Island escape“ has a great amount of space, which visitors shrewdly noticed. Modern design with a round bow, extremely comfortable and spacious salon without a navigation table but with a couch that goes all around the table.
In addition to the owner version, for the upcoming 2022 charter season, we will be getting a brand new Isla 40 in a 4 cabin/4 heads layout.
