The fantastic, always popular sailboat size with 3 cabins & 2 toilets has arrived in a new edition this season. Oceanis 40.1 “Azorian” we equipped in Split, and “Keiki” in Pula (Pomer). Both are ready to rent in our yacht charter program. This is a favorite sailboat size for family and friends and we are glad we were able to refresh our offering with new releases despite the epidemic that has hit us all.
The volume of this cruiser and the space on deck and inside are unprecedented. Designer Marc Lombard has not made any concessions to performance. In addition, the Oceanis 40.1 is available in a variety of keel and equipment variants, to satisfy the most demanding boaters, in terms of sailing comfort and enjoyment. For families, couples, friends, young and old generations, this new 12-meter cruiser is perfectly adaptable to your cruising needs!
The hull design increases the space at the front of the deck and facilitates access, circulation and anchoring. The cockpit is quite spacious, much larger than on the previous Oceanis 41.1 and on competing ships. The new Oceanis 40.1 is cleverly designed to allow a clear demarcation between comfort and active zones. This is the main strength of this new 40-foot cruiser. The guides through which the lifters pass lead all the way to both rudder wheels which are moved further towards the stern. This gives even more space around the table in the cockpit for 6 adults, under which is a life raft. The two L-shaped benches on either side of the table are free as the main lifters and winches are located on the under-deck space.

This model can be ordered in 2, 3 and 4 cab version. Couples and large families will feel at home! The owner’s version offers a comfortable owner’s cabin with a shower. The 4-cabin version still has an owner cabin with a double bed, but with an additional cabin with bunk beds and this is a popular charter version like the once older model, Oceanis 411.

In two colors of wood, walnut or oak, interior style by Italian designers Nauta in Milan, it is characterized by exceptional light and smart layout of living spaces. The kitchen space located on the right side parallel to the hull provides plenty of storage space. On the left side there is a large saloon, along with a table and a movable bench, and a table in next to the entrance stairs is a large navigation table.
You can’t help but notice the feeling of space, natural lighting and natural air circulation thanks to the large and wide windows.
Oceanis 40.1 rental prices
We remained consistent to our guests who come in small groups and want to enjoy the comfort, so the models that arrived at our yacht charter bases in Pomer and Split were ordered with 3 cabins. Rental prices for this sailboat, as with other models, depend on the season. In April and May, prices are the lowest, then rise through June and reach the highest price in the heart of the July and August seasons. Although prices are falling in September, this part of the year is still the peak of the season, especially popular among boaters from Austria, Germany and France. Prices range from € 2800 to € 4900 for weekly rental. The price includes VAT, sailing equipment and dinghy.
For those who book on time, a 5-20% discount can be achieved, and last minute is risky for this model even though the cancellation due to a pandemic occurs. Sailing boats are available from Split and Pula Ultra sailing charter bases.
