#1 Vela Pržina, island Korčula

  • a sandy beach, located on the outskirts of the town of Lumbarda, on the southeast side of the island of Korčula, overlooking  to the open sea and the archipelago of the islands of Lastovo
  • it’s protected from the northern and western winds        
  • delightful beach surrounded by vineyards, it will offer you clean sea and fine sand
  • there are anchorages on the east side of the bay (in this bay there is a good depth of 2 to 6 m), but stay closer to the east side of the bay to avoid a cable in the sea on the west side
  • to avoid accidents ,  you should anchor there only when the weather is fine
Korcula

#2 Bili Žal, island Korčula

  • the beach is located on the opposite, northern side of Vela Pržina, and you can  walk from the centre of Lumbarda to the beach, it will take you about 10 minutes through the Grk vineyards
  •  the beach overlooks on the peninsula of Peljesac and the islets of the Korčula archipelago
  • large sandy beach protected from westerly winds, and  you can  anchor there at depths of 5 – 10m

#3 Beach Divna, peninsula Pelješac

  •  the beach  is a perfect combination of gravel and sand, with a contrasting green-blue sea
  • 10 km southeast of Trpanj, in a cove Duba,  lies the pebbly beach called Divna (meaning lovely, delightful)
  • there are no restaurants or shops there- just you, the sailboat and the sea
  •   you can anchor further from the shore , at depths of 5–6 m, the bottom is sandy…
  • the cove is protected from southerly winds

# 4 Pržina bay, peninsula Pelješac

  • a hidden oasis of peace,  quiet bay, with a long sandy beach and turquoise sea is located right next to the southwestern tip of the Pelješac peninsula
  • a place to anchor is in the middle of the bay, where the depth is around 3 -7m
  • it is very  well protected from southerly and easterly winds
Mljet

# 5 Large and small Saplunara, island of Mljet

  • located in the southeastern part of the island (at the very top of the island of Mljet) the Saplunara cove, which is about 1 kilometer in length, is divided into two beaches – large and small Saplunara
  • great for anchoring and swimming, but stay alert if the winds are blowing from the south
  • the original vegetation on the coast has been preserved, and sea turtles often come there for a walk , so you will have a fun there
