Sailing is something you have to be taught by a licensed instructor. If so, you have a very good chance to learn how to sail and how to be safe on board. Don`t try to learn it yourself.. It can be dangerous in some situations, and you should pass those situations with a real sailor in order to promote safe sailing practices.
