Museum itself has been situated inside of Radojković tower since 1979. which was initially built on the grounds of an ancient roman mausoleum. Legend has it that Priska and Valerija, daughters of the famous roman emperor Diocletian, are buried here.
Among museum’s displays there are numerous roman gravestones, reliefs with Christian motifs, as well as artifacts from newer Brač history, like chests, paintings, newspaper clippings, agricultural tools or furniture.
This is one of the stops in our Beneteau Rally which is held every year in the beginning of October.
Museum is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm. Entry fee for adults is 12 kuna, and children under the age of 14 pay 5 kuna.
